The mentioned prices are per night or per week for a maximum of 4 people.
A minimum stay of 3-5 nights applies in the low season and 7 nights in the high season. Depending on the length of stay and availability, prices may vary up to the time of booking.

The deposit for the booking confirmation is approximately 25% of the apartment price. The reservation is not considered finalised until the deposit has been received.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before the booked arrival date, the deposit may be retained.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, only the deposit will be retained, we never ask for a penalty or higher amount.
In the event of early departure and/or late arrival, the holiday flat can be charged according to the booking.
To avoid the occurrence of unexpected costs in connection with early departure, late arrival or cancellation of the reservation, we recommend that you insure the deposit or the full cost of the trip with an insurance company of your choice.
